Energetics
Everything is energy! We live in a universe of energy. Life is energy. Energy is never created nor destroyed, it only changes state. Health is energy. In death, the energy that emanated through out the body is no longer there. The instant the life energy leaves the body; the cells of the body begin to rapidly decay. If you understand this, it will make sense that optimal health depends upon optimal energy management.
You are like a huge electro-magnet. Your thoughts give off a frequency that attracts more of that frequency. Your physical body resonates at a frequency that attracts more of that frequency. This is why you find depressed people a “downer” when you are happy and happy people irritating when you are down. Have you ever noticed that angry people hang around angry people? Worse yet, when they are around happy people, they try very hard to get them angry. Why is it that “birds of a feather, flock together”? Because, with energy, like attracts like.
All the topics discussed above are part of the energy management strategy for the human body. Your outward expression of health, wealth, joy, happiness and social well-being, are a reflection of the balance of your energy system. You may be a person who eats well and works out all the time, yet you harbor a deep anger and resentment about something. You are never going to achieve optimal health. If you look at your life, you will notice that you keep getting more or the stuff that makes you angry and resentful. (We use this specific example because unresolved anger and resentment are the emotions most associated with cancer.)
You may have heard of this phenomenon as The Law of Attraction or The Law of Manifestation. These are not new, nor are they “new-age” principles. The understanding of the principles of have been around and understood for thousands of years. Acupuncture is a form of energetic management. So are Homeopathy, Reiki, Tai-Chi, Chi-Kung, Ayruveda, chiropractic and many other traditional forms of healing. The interesting thing to note is how much those modalities have increased in popularity over the last 15 to 20 years as people have begun to realize the true limitations of the pharmacological approach to the restoration of health. The medical/pharmaceutical approach is without equal in treating end-stage, acute and severe afflictions and traumas. It is amazing in its ability to save and change lives. It does not, however, restore the body back to optimal balance and function. A person who experiences no symptoms, yet is on many medications, is not a healthy person. They are simply well regulated! A healthy person will function optimally and be energetic without the aid of pharmacology. They will follow the above steps to help optimize their body energetics so that their body maintains its optimal balance between degeneration and regeneration.
Physical, Chemical, and Emotional stressors, which the body is unable to adapt to, will result in imbalances of the body’s energetic system. Over time, the cumulative effect of compensation upon compensation leads to disease and dysfunction. By addressing each of the Seven Essential Dynamics of Real Health; Genetics, Structure, Nutrition, Exercise, Rest, Attitude, and Energetics you can take your body from a state of degeneration to a state of regeneration. In Eastern medical traditions, it has long been understood that every organ system of the body has an optimal “vibration” or frequency of resonance. An imbalance in this frequency results in disease. If one system becomes out of balance, the rest will eventually follow. The intention of any true Health Care System should be to bring about, and sustain, optimal balance and harmony among all the systems of the body. The Seven Essential Dynamics of Real Health do just that.
Optimal health is a journey, not a destination. It takes attention, intention, investment of time and money, awareness, effort and resolve. It will never come cheap or free! It doesn’t have to necessarily cost you a fortune in monetary value, but you will have to invest your thought, planning, time and effort. The return on that investment is, however, priceless. Just ask anybody who has been so sick that they were on the brink of death…when you’ve lost your health, things like fame, fortune, possessions and all the other “stuff” people spend most of their time chasing, really don’t matter. You can never have true happiness with out health and you can never have true health with out happiness.
Ask yourself this one question…Where will you be in ten years if, every day, you improved each of the Seven Essential Dynamics by one percent. Every year you would be 365% better. That’s 3650% improvement in ten years. Imagine what kind of world we would have in ten years if everyone got this message…Talk about a major energetic shift!

A final thought…
Our worst fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be so brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?’
Actually, who are we not to be?
You are a child of God: You playing small doesn’t serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us.
It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.
