How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions will vary from person to person. While it may take only a few sessions to recognize any benefits, it will typically take many session for the effects to last. A typical series for maximum benefit is 15-20 sessions for adults, while kids usually require fewer. Initial improvements are often temporary, but due to the cumulative nature of the sessions, the improvements last longer with each session. The good news is that results typically endure and improve over time.
How does the process work?
During a session, sensors are placed on the scalp to read brainwave activity. That information is then translated into subtle audio feedback, which gently guides the brain toward more balanced patterns. The process is comfortable, relaxing, and requires no active effort from you.
Is Neurogen safe?
Yes. Neurogen Brain Balancing is non-invasive, painless, and drug-free. It doesn’t “force” the brain to do anything; it simply provides feedback that allows the brain to self-correct and optimize.
What will I feel during a session?
Most people feel calm and relaxed. Some even doze off. Afterward, you may feel lighter, more focused, or simply refreshed. Effects can vary from person to person.
